The Problem

Most team challenges aren't about capability. They're about the invisible dynamics underneath — the trust that's quietly eroded, the things left unsaid, the patterns that repeat no matter how many offsites you run.

When a team's trust battery runs low, you see it in the small things. Slower decisions. Conversations that happen after the meeting rather than in it. Good people who've quietly disengaged. Energy spent managing friction instead of doing great work.

How it Works

I use the Peter Hawkins Systemic Team Coaching model as the foundation for all my team work. Rather than parachuting in with a prescribed solution, I work with you through three stages:

  • 1. Co-Diagnosis

    Before we design anything, we understand what's really going on. Using proven diagnostic tools, we assess relationships and tasks both within the team and the wider system in which they operate. This creates a shared picture of where to focus our attention.

  • 2. Co-Creation

    Using the outcomes from the diagnosis, we design a bespoke approach to your team's specific needs. This isn't a generic workshop or a one-size-fits-all programme. It's built around what your team actually needs to unlock.

  • 3. Review

    We measure what's changed. Not just through feedback forms, but through observable shifts in how your team communicates, collaborates and performs. This stage also identifies what needs to be sustained and embedded so the change sticks.

About My Approach

I'm a certified Systemic Team Coach, which means I look at the whole system — not just the team in the room, but how they relate to their stakeholders, their organisation and the wider context they operate in.

I bring 18 years of commercial leadership experience alongside my coaching qualifications, so I understand the pressures leaders and managers face. I'm not here to slow you down. I'm here to help your team operate with less friction and more momentum.
