I'm Helen - mum, former Marketing Director, recovering people pleaser.
For 18 years, I climbed the corporate ladder by being a chameleon. I moulded myself to fit what others expected, earned top performer status, and eventually led marketing for a billion-pound veterinary company.
Then everything shifted.
As a leader, I was expected to have a voice, but I'd spent so long looking externally for answers, I couldn't find mine.
As a new mum, I added "perfect parent" to my impossible quest for "perfect employee."
I became the only woman on my senior team with young children. The pressure became unbearable. I quit before I broke.

How it all works

- A one-to-one 45 minute onboarding call to explore your goals for the whole programme and outline the framework.
- 6 x 90 minute one-to-one coaching sessions, online over 16 weeks (every 2-3 weeks - but on a schedule to suit you).
- A series of self paced, bite sized videos, workbooks and visualisations with a blend of reflective exercises and practical tools to shift mindset and behaviour.
- A suite of optional reading and resources to help you go deeper in areas that resonate with you.
- Unlimited email support in between sessions to keep you on track and accountable.

- I offer a relaxed environment that gives you that rare and precious space to actually think. If you think you don't have time for coaching - that's exactly why you need coaching. Otherwise you'll never get off the hamster wheel.
- My style is relaxed and safe, but also with energy. I'll balance support and challenge depending on what you need on the day, and we'll take as much time as you need to explore. But I'll also encourage you to take action, to do the brave and hard things that will actually make a shift.
- I've been where you are. I have two young kids and experienced the struggles of climbing the corporate ladder as a woman, a people pleaser and a mum. If you're finding it hard, it's because it is hard. It's not just you, it was also me and it's countless others too.
- I'm a qualified and accredited coach with the Association for Coaching. That means I'm properly trained by an organisation who are checked by one of the main international coaching bodies AND that I continue to engage in training and supervision (like coaching for coaches) to keep my skills sharp and my ethics in line with guidelines.
- I'm trained in a raft of techniques and tools specific to supporting women and mothers. I'm a trained 'Playing Big' facilitator by Tara Mohr, a motherhood studies practitioner having studied with Dr. Sophie Brock, and a Certified Fair Play Method Faciltatator as per the brilliant book by Eve Rodksy.
- I'm a bit sweary and quite obsessed with my dogs. That may sway you or put you off, but I think it's important that you know!

- You're not looking to take action. If you just need a space to vent (and we all need that sometimes), go for a coffee with a mate. This space is for you to make real and lasting change. I know time is tight, so the prep work won't take any more than 30 minutes a week.

It might mean taking some different actions, but at the heart of those actions needs to be the authentic you.
- You're looking for parenting advice. I'm not an expert and very much winging it myself every day! I'm here to help you work out YOUR version of good enough, not to help you meet society's view of perfect.
